If you are looking for a great selection and attention to details for appliances, my recommendation is to use Queen City Homestore. Bullet took great care of us and their installation team did a phenomenal job in moving our old refrigerator out and the new one in.

Felicia Wright was extremely helpful and patient in dealing with us as we decided on a new refrigerator when ours had a refrigerant leak. We had extensive issues that required a great deal of professionalism and she exceeded all expectations! She is highly knowledgeable and an outstanding employee!! We were also extremely impressed by the amount of effort exerted by our delivery men, Hector and I do not know the other man’s name. We had a previous delivery by two other men that was exceptionally professional too. We have never dealt with Queen City before, but we were very impressed by Queen City and will buy from them again, when the need arises. We highly recommend them to others.

Great Experience! We moved here several years ago and immediately needed to replace a dishwasher while the pandemic was wreaking havoc on supply chains. Ordered the dishwasher expecting almost a year long wait but Queen City came through and found one tapping into their buying power. When we started a renovation, we were referred again to Queen City. Their selection is unmatched and prices are the best. And I checked. From scratch and dent to high end appliances, Queen City has it all. We were able to find some appliances from the floor and scratch and dent area. No shame from sales team either. Appliances waited in the warehouse while Teresa checked in like clockwork as approvals and construction moved forward. No pressure — just making sure appliances arrived when needed. When our salesperson was out, others stepped in to help us out. When cabinet builders needed specs, Teresa was on it. If she said something would get done, I didn’t have to think about it for another minute! A huge help with tons of other decisions and to do items. The delivery and installation team is top notch. Respectful of property, floors and leaving the place cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you to everyone for your professionalism.
