View on GoogleThis is our 3rd mattress from the Hirschs at Dilworth Mattress. All the mattresses are extremely comfortable and met our high expectations. What really cinches the deal at DM is their fantastic customer service - from working closely with us through the details to get exactly the right comfort level to ensuring the delivery goes without a hitch. Two of the mattresses were custom to fit fold down wall beds. Because of the exacting size specs for the fold downs they even guaranteed ahead of time a replacement if the original didn’t work ! But of course they fit perfectly on the 1st try. DM was well worth the 30 mile trip for quality, service, & a good night’s rest
View on GoogleDori and Scott actually made mattress buying fun! I did not know what I wanted when I walked in. They carefully explained each mattress and gave me a pillow (and fresh pillowcase) and invited me to spend time on each mattress. This is not a huge mattress warehouse. It is much more specialized and calm. I felt no pressure to rush or to buy and would recommend Dilworth Mattress to anyone who truly values their sleep.
View on GoogleOmggggg this was hands down the best most cozy mattress shopping experience ever. The mattresses were all so comfortable, and Dori is legit the sweetest woman ever. We ended up going with the latex mattress, which feels like floating. I feel simultaneously so supported and also weightless. She was very genuine and honest, not the typical pushy sales experience you get at most mattress places. It's family run and you can really feel the difference.
