I recently purchased several pieces of furniture from Chateau Home Furnishings, including a sectional unit, a kitchen table and chairs, and a coffee table, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The selection is very good, and the prices are excellent for the quality you receive. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful without any pressure. To top it off, the delivery process was excellent. Everything arrived in perfect condition and was handled with care.

I've dealt with Ed several times over the years and there is always a seeming bait and switch, or somehow an icky feeling after it's all said and done. I figured I'd give him one more chance after several years, as most furniture stores were closed Easter Sunday and I wanted a new bed in a pinch. My son laid on/tested the mattress (said to be and priced at $198) and the frame was also marked at $198. We agreed on the total price of $396. I paid the total with a credit card. After I disassembled and loaded the frame and mattress, without Ed's assistance... (granted, he is elderly and not able to assist)... Ed started acting confused and then tried to tack on an extra $100 for the mattress, saying that our agreed price actually applied to "another mattress." He then pointed to a distant mattress on a display near the far wall, which we never tested. O....K? This idea came out of nowhere, as Ed carried on about "I'm not making ANY money on this -- you are getting a deal!" My son then laid on this stiff clunk of a mattress and it was nothing close to the original mattress we agreed on. After a bunch of back and forth with Ed, and having already strapped the load down, and not wanting to add another stop to buy a mattress separately, I eventually settled w/ Ed paying an extra $40 in cash, down from the original $100 he tried to swindle. I honestly regret paying the $40, in retrospect. Ultimately, Ed had agreed on a total of $396 after my son had tested the one mattress and the one frame. Upon this disagreement, he started flashing his giant costume-like crucifix necklace, and saying, "I'm a pastor's son, I'm an honest man!" It was weird. I'm never dealing with Ed again. He has OK furniture, but he is slippery and dishonest.

I LOVE THIS STORE!! So after checking every furniture store in town we finally stopped looking ast Chateau. Not only did they have exactly what we were looking for it was great priced and brand new. They have all kinds of furniture from beds to tables and everything in between. The staff was super helpful and even offered financing and delivery. I will definitely be coming back for my next furniture purchase.

Owner is so nice. But they need to fire their employee who is constantly talking bad about the owner to the customers. Completely unnecessary and disgusting behavior from that employee.
