Ashley Store

My husband and I had a very positive experience at Ashley furniture in Corvallis Oregon on Thursday, July 2, 2026. We were helped by Dominic Barton. He was very patient with our requirements for a love seat that was the right size, the right height. and the right color. He made good suggestions and gave us his undivided attention while we were there. We would gladly work with him again. We drove to Corvallis from the coast, so it was very important for us to have complete service and a positive experience from our 3-hour round trip drive. Thank you, Dominic.

The Corvallis store did a good job taking care of me when there was a mistake made with my delivery that was placed online and not with their store. It was marked drop ship even though the no hassle delivery handle been paid for. Although it was no the Corvallis stores mistake Amanda made sure a team came out and promptly fixed the mistake as well as worked on getting a refund for the delivery. She was extremely helpful. I then followed up with a purchase with Abel who made sure I was well taken care of. Gianna was also extremely helpful making sure the delivery was set, answering questions I had and communicating the delivery window so I didn’t have to wait around all day. I will definitely be back to purchase more. Thank you Amanda, Abel and Gianna for making sure I was well taken care of!

We had the absolute best experience at Ashley Furniture thanks to Abel! From the moment we walked in, he made us feel welcome and took the time to truly understand what we were looking for in both a new mattress and a sectional couch. He patiently walked us through all the options, answered every single question (and we had a lot!), and gave honest recommendations that perfectly matched our needs and budget. He even helped us compare different models side-by-side and explained the features in a way that made the decision feel easy and exciting. What really stood out was how dedicated he was to making sure we left happy. He stayed with us through the whole process, handled all the details, and made what can sometimes be an overwhelming shopping experience feel fun and stress-free. Abel Narvaez was my rep at Ashley, and he was awesome! Got me hooked up with a full bedroom set and new mattress. He was very helpful and wasn’t the classic “pushy” salesman. Would recommend!
