If you’re going to buy a mattress anyway it’s really a great choice to shop local at Mattress World where they have such amazing inventory and great customer service. Ian Smith in particular made the process a positive experience and even followed up with us afterwards to check in on things. Even the delivery drivers were amazing — in a small space they worked efficiently and professionally. Highly recommend.
View on GoogleEvan and David were so informative and helpful. They made shopping easy. They do price matching too so I saved on a pillow. I 100% recommend Mattress World. I love buying local. Oregon owned. Great service.
View on GoogleDavis was absolutely amazing! He made the whole mattress shopping experience so easy and stress-free. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for. Instead of just trying to sell me anything, he genuinely helped me find the perfect mattress for my needs. His customer service was top tier, and he made me feel confident and comfortable with my decision. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares and goes above and beyond, ask for Davis he is the best! Highly recommend!
View on GoogleAndy at mattress world was amazingly supportive of our students during our school fundraiser. He gave us all really great deals and was available without being pushy. He even added a feature for my bed, which I bought a couple years ago at mattress world to make it more comfortable for me. Everyone I’ve worked with has been very willing to let me try different beds and take my time making a decision. I definitely recommend them.
