My husband and I went to Chinatown to purchase living room furniture. Katie made our experience absolutely wonderful. We could have stayed there for hours, just talking to everyone there. We purchased a beautiful leather sectional. Absolutely beautiful Katie gets 10 stars. Our experience was wonderful. We are so excited to get our new furniture. I highly recommend Chinatown. It can feel silly to lie on a bed with someone else around, but Katie made it more comfortable by giving me space to try the different options. The whole process - from being greeted at the door to signing the paperwork - made me feel confident that I chose the right place to purchase a mattress.
View on GoogleThe purchase went well with the sales person. The delivery was on time with Joe and Houman as pleasant as anyone could possible be. They did an excellent install job. Joe checked out to see if everything was working then had me give it a try. My only complaint was that I did not get a manual. I happen to be a person who relies on manuals. This has nothing to do with how great the delivery was.
