Recently purchased two recliners and a sleeper sofa, when we were picking them out, Mackenzie was very patient and thoroughly went over every detail and answered any question, we were indecisive but after explaining what we were looking for, she took the time to show us multiple choices. You could tell she was very passionate about her job, and couldn't ask for a better service, we just received our furniture and the delivery guys were super friendly, went over every detail of our new recliners and sofa, they made sure we had everything were we wanted it, and they did an amazing job. Highly recommend Chucks, the service, the product and delivery are simply the best

We ordered a custom Bassett sofa from Chuck’s at the end of February. Our experience was great and we are very happy with the sofa that we have now had for a month. Our salesperson, Robby, was exceptional – courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. Initially, he took time to understand what we wanted and constraints we had (limited space for a sofa), got us started in the right part of the store, and then gave us the space and time to look without any pressure to purchase. Once we were ready for advice, we benefited from his intuition for colors, fabrics, and styles. Over the course of multiple visits, he patiently helped us design a beautiful, comfortable sofa that is perfect for our space and décor. Adding great selection and good prices to the excellent help we received from Robby, we are happy customers. Chuck’s will be our first stop for future furniture needs.

I had been looking for some time for a dining room set to fit my limited dining space. I wasn't sure at first what exactly I wanted but began working with Amy at Chucks Furniture. She answered all my questions & assisted me in finding just the right one. I had been to several stores, but found that the price at Chuck's was more reasonable than it was at the other stores.
Any talked to me about quality, financing if I needed it, and dimensions. I was able to purchase over the holiday weekend & set up delivery immediately. I found the employees at Chucks to be friendly & very professional & would recommend Amy & the store to anyone looking for furniture.
