We walked in expecting to not be impressed with anything, having to run from the sales associates, and leaving with me being able to tell my husband "told you so" in true wife-fashion. Boy was I wrong! The workers are friendly, personable, and don't breathe down your neck. If you want to buy, great! If you don't, no big deal! They really do have pieces for everyone, with so many options you might be over thinking pillow choices for a while! I have always been the type that buys the cheap crap on all the online places. However, with a new home and wanting a couch that will truly last us for years, have the added plus of feeling protected in case anything happens with their optional protection plan, AND being able to have my dream green couch? You can't beat it! If you're like me and want the Amazon end tables to save some pennies but also want a really great couch or bed frame to go with them, stop in! And definitely ask for Greg Gray! He is a true joy to work with, let us come in and waddle around the show room, no questions asked or pressure added. Told us congratulations on our new home and let us walk out that door with a handshake. We went back a few weeks later and he remembered us instantly and helped us order our couch and didn't even look smug about it even though he had some brownie points! Simple, painless, and tons of great furniture made right with options for financing if need be with some really wonderful people helping you behind the desk! We will be back! If it will allow me, I'll come back and add photos of our couch once it's delivered!

We went to Star Furniture to look for a couch/sectional, after an unfortunate and unpleasant experience with Value City Furniture. We were greeted by Alanna H. and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, patient and very personable. She showed us the options that met what we were looking for, but was not pushy at all. Alanna was knowledgeable and made sure to answer all questions that we had. At one point we planned to leave and think on it, and she was still so understanding and not trying to convince us to buy something right then if we weren't sure. It was so refreshing to work with someone in sales who was not pushy, didn't hover, and genuinely seemed to care and didn't just view us as a potential sale. We did end up purchasing a sectional from her and we love it! I would absolutely work with Alanna again and will be referring anyone looking for furniture to her!

Jennifer was an amazing sales person! She was patient while we shopped and was very informative! She had us sold when she used a key to scratch a chair to prove it was scratch resistant. We bought the entire set.

My experience with Kimberly Meyer was fabulous! I came in, told her exactly what I wanted in a sofa, and she fixed me up. She wasn’t pushy, and respected everything I wanted. I will definitely go back!

We love working with Autumn! We have worked with her twice in recent months to purchase a couch and a dining room set. She always listens to our likes/dislikes and gives good recommendations. Autumn has helped us work through color matching and searching for pieces that fit well in our new home.
