Sleep Number

John Hecker at the Morgantown, WV store is truly outstanding. It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to selling. My Godfather has had bilateral hip replacements and faces other health issues, and he struggles to enter REM sleep in his recliner. I got tired of seeing him in pain, so I basically persuaded him to look at beds. Mr. John took the time to educate us rather than just pushing for a sale, and we ended up with a perfect fit. I’ll definitely be back, and I highly recommend John Hecker Morgantown WV. Sleep Number, or dont sleep at all.

John our sales rep., was absolutely amazing to work with. He was very informative while not being pushy. Unlike other mattress stores where they try to pressure you into making a purchase that day. John our sales rep at the Morgantown store gave us the information about the beds where were interested in and let us make our minds up. There wasn’t any pressure to make a decision. But to be honest I knew the moment I laid down on the bed that was the one I was getting before trying any other one. Going from a spring mattress to a sleep number was the best decision I ever made. I am sleeping way better and I don’t wake up with my back hurting. Honestly tho, the customer service at the store while shopping is amazing.

Time well spent. We spent approximately 2 hours talking and trying the beds in store. The sales staff wasn’t pushy… they asked several questions to get an idea of where to start with our bed choices. With the end of model year sale, we got a great deal on a new bed. The bed was installed one week later. The delivery staff was professional and did a great job setting up the bed. They even trained us on how to use the Smart features. Would definitely recommend sleep number for their service and attention to detail.

John assisted us with our purchase. He was very professional from the minute we walked in to the time we left and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to get to know us, asked questions regarding our sleep patterns and inquired about what we wanted to get from the purchase of the sleep number mattress. We look forward to more restful sleep 😴

We went in to “look” at mattresses and once John showed us all of the features and shared with us his personal experience with this particular brand and explained in detail how the mattress should feel to our backs/bodies we were sold. He did an excellent job explaining while not being a “salesman” haha. He was easy to talk to and made our shopping experience enjoyable. He didn’t put any other mattress company down, he just let us make our decision. We also bought two comfort fit pillows which I loved during the trying of mattresses.
