Greeted very courteously by Tripp. He showed us several different units after asking us some pertinent questions about our sleeping habits. No high pressure and very knowledgeable. Never rushed us and was very patient explaining the differences, features, warranties etc. Clearly one of the better salespeople we’ve dealt with.
View on GoogleTripp was awesome. We had just come from mattress firm where it was super duper salesy. Tripp asked us what our price range was before anything. He never tried to upsell us. Would recommend you shop here for your next mattress.
View on GoogleTrip was very knowledgeable and knew his inventory very well. As they do not work on commission, I did not feel pressured at all which I really liked. I also found out that each mattress is made to order so we didn’t have to worry about receiving a returned mattress. We were able to make our selection in confidence that we were getting exactly what we wanted!
View on GoogleTrip was friendly and helpful in explaining the difference types of mattresses. I would recommend Connecticut Mattress to anyone looking for a new mattresses.
View on GoogleTrip helped us find the exact mattress that we needed based on the criteria that we provided. We tried various mattresses and Trip explained the components in each mattress and what they achieve. We were not rushed nor were we overwhelmed. Trip reviewed and explained each charge on the invoice as well when and to expect with delivery. He was also able to provide a loyalty discount since we are repeat customers. We have always gone to Connecticut Mattress for our mattresses and we have never been disappointed.
