My daughter recommended your firm to me. She highly recommended your sales folks for their knowledge and patience. As a result i bought a mattress and flexible frame for my wife. No complaints thus. I liked it as well and bought my self one as well...I couldn't get over at what relief I got on my lower back. Your sales folks are knowledgeable and easy to deal with.
View on GoogleStopped here Memorial Day weekend looking for a new mattress. Fara was super kind and helpful and helped us find a mattress within our budget and that was exactly what we were looking for. Mattress was delivered 2 days later on time and it’s been perfect ever since. The mattress came with a little treat and she sent a thank you card a few months later. Would recommend this place to anyone, mattress shopping can be frustrating and difficult, and they made the process painless and were extremely patient with us.
View on GoogleI can’t say enough good things about the Store and Fara She took the time to listen to all the physical issues my body has. Showed me a variety of styles . Ensured I was patient and tried out mattresses for at least 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable . Huge selection and variety of prices. Totally 💯 recommend going to Connecticut Mattresses!!!!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Connecticut Mattress, thanks to our sleep expert, Fara. She was incredibly knowledgeable and really took the time to listen to our needs. What stood out most was that she never tried to oversell or pressure us—instead, her focus was on helping us find exactly what would work best for us. Fara walked us through different options, explained the products clearly, and made sure we tried everything so we felt confident in our decision. She really honed in on what suited us best and made sure we were completely comfortable with our choice. Highly recommend asking for Fara if you’re looking for a personalized, no-pressure mattress shopping experience!
View on GoogleWe just had a great experience purchasing a Mattress from CT Mattress. Trip, our sales representative gave us several options to choose from, explaining the difference’s in materials, and firmness. He spent over 2 hours with us. Delivery and setup is free and they will also takeaway our old sleep number bed. We also received an additional $300 in sheets and mattress pad for free. A really great customer experience. Thanks Trip.
