Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

I recently purchased a dining room set (table, 6 chairs, credenza) and living room side chair. Lori, the associate who assisted me, helped me locate items and select the best options for my decor. She was very helpful throughout the process! Delivery was right on time, with excellent communication--down to the moment of delivery!

Steven was great! He pointed us in the direction of the types of items we were looking for, clearly went over their features, and wasn't pushy at all. He didn't try to sell us additional things we didn't need but gave helpful suggestions on things we might want to consider. The ordering process was easy as well. Overall, our experience at the Avon store was very positive.

The salesman, Jean Luc, greeted me on entry to the store. He looked up my prior mattress purchase and was able to validate the same or a similar product for use in a guest room. He telephoned the mattress company to be sure we had chosen the proper replacement. The order was completed and I had my bed the following day!

I cannot recommend Mark, Don, and/or Bob in the Avon, CT location more!! They were not at all the stereotypical salesmen. They gave us space to shop around but were readily available when we had questions. They gave us honest opinions and suggestions and when there was a snafu with delivery they stepped up to make it right. They went above and beyond for us. We will continue to shop here and make all of our future furniture purchases with Raymore and Flanigan because of the wonderful experience that we had. They are one of the few companies left who still truly prioritize customer satisfaction and that alone is reason enough to shop here.

I had a great experience. Robert Hillburn was knowledgeable, quick with accurate answers and clearly knows his products. he has a great eye and was helpful finding fits for my layout. He was personable ,but not overbearing. The store had an extensive selection and I was able to furnish every room.
