Cost Plus Furniture

Very good prices and a huge selection of furniture. The furniture is professionally displayed. They have good quality products at fair prices. I brought a picture in and showed it to one of the sales people. He tried to find the chair for me, to no avail. However he took the time to try. I appreciate that very much. The show room is much nicer than the exterior of the building. Don’t let the exterior of the building stop you from coming in to look at this furniture. The staff is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They have the best selection of large sectional couch’s that I have seen anywhere. I have some very unique pieces as well. From traditional to ultra modern to shaggy chic. You can compare their prices and I believe you’ll be happy.

Found the perfect chair for the living room. There was a bit of a delay for delivery, but I am happy with the end result. They were also able to accommodate me for an atypical delivery which was great.

The salesperson misinformed me about a sofa. She said it was too grain leather and it's vinyl. IThsts a big big mistake but I liked the sofa so much that I still bought it. It's just leaves a bad taste in my mouth about her. And she got snippy with me when I started asking questions about the sofa. Not good customer service at all.

Johnny was amazing with us as we navigated picking furniture for our entire house! 100% recommend these guys!!

My cats destroyed my couch. I needed a replacement but inexpensive due to the possibilities of my cats continuing to control everything in the household. I went to the NLR store. James helped me and did an awesome job. Made some calls when I wanted other colors etc … found a precious sofa with a chaise on the end. Mini sectional maybe? Either way BOOM, bought it in 30 minutes and I was off to enjoy my Saturday.
