Bought a special order couch from them- very please. Also bought a bed and had a minor issue and they replaced. To me the mark of a good place is how they handle a problem and Cost plus was outstanding. We are pleased and can highly recommend them

Go see James! We needed furniture asap Nessie the kids came to visit for the first time. One place couldn’t deliver in time and James saved the day! We doing what we wanted and needed at an affordable price and it was delivered on time. Quality at a great price! Customer service makes this visit a 10/10 and a win!

James is the best! I ordered a bedroom set and I ordered the wrong size bed frame. They ordered a replacement and it got here so fast with no hassle. We love our bedroom now and I will definitely shop here again, greast customer service!

Excellent experience shopping here! Trey did an awesome job of giving me really honest information about quality vs price on various pieces and really went the extra mile to search through catalogues and source exactly the style of legs, fabric, and configuration of couches/chairs that we wanted to give me a full spectrum of options at varying price points and brands. He helped coordinate the delivery and offered really attentive customer service without being high pressure. The showroom is well-curated and had a really great mix of solid neutral/classic pieces with some whimsical and unique designs too.

I would not even give them a star at all, but I have to because I want to leave this review. We ordered a mattress five weeks ago and the person we ordered it from told us it would take three weeks. We called at the 3 1/2 week mark. He said he was going to check into it and would call us back. Never called us back. Five weeks later we call and they tell us it will be here on Thursday. Thursday comes no mattress. Same salesman tells us that the people in Little Rock did not put it on the truck. That we could drive to Little Rock and pick it up. Well, this man has lied to us for two weeks now so we decided to call Little Rock, the brand new store on Shackleford. They had no clue what we were talking about. Our mattress was never ordered. One of their Shackleford people promised several times to call us back and she never did . I called back and they tried to offer us a $400 discount or store credit. Sorry, but by this time you will not buy me. We literally rearranged and tore our room apart in anticipation of our new mattress and we got lied to and seriously let down . They sent us on a wild goose chase laughing I’m sure the whole time. I do not suggest going to cost plus furniture anywhere. They actually pleaded with me to not do this review. But I’m sorry that is a prime example of what is wrong with this country and it’s business atmosphere. People are rude and don’t give two cares about you or how hard earned your money is. If you value your money, stay away from this chain of stores. Especially the Hot Springs store.
