I am always impressed with the product knowledge and customer service when I shop at Crowley's. Bryan did an excellent job of helping me find exactly what I wanted in a recliner, with exceptional quality and reasonable cost. He made sure that the delivery and service we received were top notch. Jay and Aldo delivered as scheduled, on time, and were polite and efficient. I highly recommend Crowley's to anyone looking for fabulous furniture and great customer service!
View on GoogleWe are new to the area so Crowley was recommended by our Realtor. After scoping out other furniture stores and checking their inventory and comparing to Crowley, we found the place to purchase for our new home. Jodie was terrific! She helped us with patience and experience and we wound up selecting all the pieces we needed to fully furnish a great room, primary bedroom, dining room and breakfast room. And a mattress, too. I’m very excited to receive our new pieces! Thank you 😊
View on GoogleWe’ve been looking for a new bed for awhile and had decided on a particular brand that Crowley Furniture carries. Our salesman Gage was helpful and knowledgeable about the particular bedding we were looking for. It took a couple of visits to gather info and get a feel for the bedding; during our second visit we decided to pull the trigger. Everything went according to plan the delivery drivers were professional and courteous and were on time, in line with what we set up with Gage. This is a top notch place with top notch personnel and products. I highly recommend Crowley for all your furniture needs.
View on GoogleI researched mattresses online and was able to ask questions on your website. I heard back soon after I submitted the questions and they were answered for me by Coy. I was encouraged to come into the store (OP) and did so and was helped by a delightful young lady (Kaydence Smail). She showed up the mattress we were interested in and also the adjustable base. She knew the details and was not at pushy but honest and most helpful. This was a delightful shopping experience and we are eager to get our new mattress. Thanks you.
