Cara, designer in Liberty, did a great job picking out fabrics for me! I loved her first suggestions, didn’t need to see any more! My furniture came two days ago and I could not be more pleased! Delivery was easy. The guys did a great job.
View on GoogleI came into Crowleys to browse and on my next trip, I met Lori and then Candice as I came back to make a decision and purchase on a couch. It was a true pleasure to meet them both. Having their knowledge and experience help lead me to make my decisions and purchase on just the perfect couch. Lori and Candice are truly exceptional employees doing amazing work and 'Yes, I love your people!' What a great day
View on GoogleHave bought several pieces of furniture from Crowley Furniture. Today was probably the easiest and smoothest transaction we've had John was assume cared about us as a customer worked with us through the whole process. It was nice to have a salesman great you at the door and stay with you through the entire process was at the new Furniture Mall of Kansas City last Friday and was handed over to a financial person who after applying for financing somehow things got messed up been to NFM and couldn't find a salesman assume job John. Well mattress was delivered and setup and it was done totally right the two men who delivered it were excellent they really cared about their job and our property in the rain and all would highly recommend Crowley Furniture it's been over a month and have not heard from Furniture Mall of Kansas City who we attempted to purchase from
View on GoogleI recently had a fantastic experience at Crowley's Furniture. I worked with Sunell, who was absolutely amazing! She made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. Her knowledge and customer service were top-notch. I love supporting local businesses, and Crowley's Furniture truly stands out with its exceptional service and quality. I was so impressed that I plan to buy all my furniture from here in the future. I can't wait for everything to arrive and to see my space transformed. Highly recommend Crowley's to anyone looking for a wonderful furniture-buying experience!"
View on GoogleHometown furnishings! This is an expression that Crowley’s Furniture lives up to. The minute you walk in to their showroom you feel well cared for. No high pressure sales, just knowledgeable sales staff, particularly Dan, Sales Mgr at the Liberty store. This guy knows his stuff. Wonderful experience.
