We had such a great experience at your Newport Beach store. The salesman took so much time explaining each of the mattresses compositions and their handmade value. We bought the greatest mattress and look so forward to using it. My husband has trouble with his heart and needs the use of the lift capability for his feet. I have bronchial issues and also need to sit up when i have a flareup. This bed does it all!
View on GoogleI had been shopping for an adjustable bed for about 3 months, going to every store that carried them. I wanted to learn everything I could and try as many as I could to make a well educated choice. Last Saturday I walked into the Custom Comfort Mattress in Newport Beach and instantly felt comfortable. Azita who is their Senior Sales Lead, greeted me and we talked about my wants and needs in an adjustable bed. She showed me how Custom Comfort Matress is very different from the rest. From how the mattresses are made and assembled to the organic materials used in every mattress. I was very impressed and knew this was the place for me. I have purchased an adjustable and will get delivery in a few days. My experience with Custom Comfort Mattress exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled to say I will be a very happy customer forever. Thank you Azita and Roland. You are a great team!!

View on GoogleAzita was very patient and thorough. We learned so much about bed construction and why these beds are superior. Not inexpensive but real quality.
View on GoogleCustom Comfort Mattress has been my go to mattress store since 2017. I love that these are custom made and they will make any adjustments to the mattress, even after you’ve had it a while. Azita from the Newport Beach store was very helpful and sweet. She was patient, as I spent 2 days in her store testing out 3 different mattresses. Purchased my 4th mattress and can’t wait to get a good nights sleep.
