I came in there looking like a bum to see what I get the same help and I got the perfect perfect kindness and I truly really appreciate that and they was not racist and they was very helpful. Thank you very much for having people like that on your team.

We had a great experience shopping at the HB store. Todd was really helpful in steering us toward options appropriate for our needs. We’re super excited to get the best sleep of our lives on our new mattress!

My husband and I weren’t sure what kind of mattress to get initially. When we walked into the Custom Comfort Mattress store located in Huntington Beach, the sales lead, Lo, was very friendly and gladly spent time with us and walked us thru the different kinds of mattresses. We loved the decoration of the room, especially the lighting effect where it wasn’t shining at your eyes directly and comfortableness of the bed that made us feel like little kids. As we bounced from one mattress to another, we found what we were looking for (it’s called Estate)! It was very comfortable, but very expensive! I was thinking “it costs as much as a car!” It had me thinking about it for 2 weeks. Throughout our experience at the store, Lo was very thorough on explaining the different kinds of mattresses and toppers and also explained her own experience. We’ve learned that they are all handmade AND organic! That explains why it was pricey. Unlike other salespeople who would put pressure on their customer, she gives us our own space and time to try out different mattresses, toppers and motor base. We did more research and shopping at other stores after Custom Comfort Mattress as well: Sleep Number, Temper Pedic, Ortho Mattress, and Sit N Sleep. The first 3 stores were quite a turn off. I never like having a weird air chamber feeling or sleeping on a foam that can potentially get you hot and sweaty at night. Sit N Sleep also offers organic mattress just like Custom Comfort Mattress, but we like our experience more at Custom Comfort Mattress with Lo even though the cost was much higher. We came back to the store 2 weeks later to try out the bed again and ordered the whole set: mattress, topper and base. We had our delivery 2 weeks afterwards. When the delivery came, we’ve discovered that we’ve ordered the wrong size. Little did we know that we have a Cal King bed size instead of Eastern King. We reached out to Lo and the manager, Moe, touched base with us within 2 hours of discovery. He was very accommodating with our situation and swapped out our order (the whole set) to the right size. The delivery of the Cal King mattress size came 6 days later. The delivery service was excellent. The two guys knew what they were doing and they were able to put everything together in 1 hr. We love the quality of the pillows and bedsheets here, especially the sheets made out of bamboo. Any pillows made out of goose feathers are either too soft or too high for me; therefore, it hurts my head. Pillows at Custom Comfort Mattress resolve all my problems. I can’t speak for mattress and topper yet, but will provide more feedback on it in the near future. Expensive price comes with excellent service and quality product.
