Just got a firm tempurpedic from OC mattress and we love it so far ! My sleep already has a higher score than from before. Brian was such a great help in the store and so friendly. He helped us get the best product for the best price on Labor Day. Delivery was also seamless.

View on GoogleWe had the absolute best experience at OC mattress on PCH in Corona Del Mar. trying to make a long story short, we had an issue with a mattress that we purchased. After going through the warrantee process we were still unhappy. As a last resort, I reached out to the store directly (even though the issue was not their fault at all). Brian (the salesman in the store) and Eric the supervisor stepped up and helped us. We were fully expecting to be turned away and have to fight or just take the loss. To our complete surprise Eric worked for us and made us happier than we ever thought possible. Brian originally sold me the mattress. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Was not pushy and tried his best to help me make the best decision. I’d like to reiterate that our issue could not have been foreseen and was in no way the stores fault. They did not have to help us but they did. We have now purchased a brand new mattress and couldn’t be happier. We worked with Brian again and I’m sad that I may not see him again for another 10 years when it’s time for a new mattress. This is a great store with amazing employees . I highly recommend. View on GoogleDo NOT shop here. The past month has been a nightmare because of this “business”. You walk in and it’s run by 2 men, who look so sleezy and unprofessional. A flimsy old man sits there bored, and unhappy. The guy who is the trickster and running the show- Brian Lee. This guy went out of his way to trick me. He will promise you the world the first day, to get the sale. 1 month later, still no mattress, and I’m out $4k. He lied he could get me the bed THE SAME DAY, and that there is a 2 week return policy, after he charged my card, he said no we don’t do returns here. I’ve texted any called everyday, still no mattress. First he used his kids, way later, hes sick, then he’ll stop returning your calls. Drive by there, he comes into work everyday totally fine. If you read the REAL reviews, Brian Lee has tricked others out of thousands, and they send you a diff mattress than the one you tried in the store. They’re from Santa Ana, pretending to plant themselves in CDM. Brian Lee told me to give him my credit card number, and maybe he’ll give me a refund because the mattress still hasn’t come. The next day he uses it to buy groceries!!! Beyond desperate trash. Shameless!!! A little man, who’s so not respected in society, he’s got nothing to lose but lie, cheat, and survive. Because it’s a family owned business, they won’t fire him for unethical business practices. Call Chamber of Commerce and local business department, they’ll open an investigation and close this establishment. I already made a report with the police that he used my credit card, and didn’t give me my mattress. The more people document this illegal establishment, the quicker the city will close them down, and arrest Brian Lee.
