Dania Furniture

Larger inside than it looks on the outside, huge selection of Nordic-style furniture. Staff greeted us on entering the store and were available for questions, but were not at all pushy. Overall great experience. Given the shared Nordic inspiration, it’s difficult not to draw comparisons with Ikea. On the north end of Lake Washington, it’s far easier to get to, and takes a lot less time to look through furniture than Ikea. They don’t have the super-cheap options Ikea has, but their furniture all seemed competitively priced and high-quality. Much of their furniture was in-line with pricing at Ikea, only much more convenient. While much of the furniture is affordably priced, they also have pieces that are definitely upscale and more expensive - plenty of options available for a wide range of tastes and budgets. Unlike Ikea, there’s no cafeteria available at Dania, but then again, everything is so much closer (and not arranged like a furniture maze), so at Dania you don’t need to stop for a high-calorie meal half-way through your visit to sustain your energy. After looking at other options for chairs at other stores in Lynnwood’s furniture district, we found that Dania offered exactly what we were looking for and had far more options available than the other stores we visited. We found exactly what we were looking for at a reasonable price. They have an attached warehouse onsite and had in stock what we were looking for - we were able to bring quality furniture home in our vehicle directly from the store the same day. Highly recommend Dania Furniture - all around a great experience.

I visited six furniture stores in the Alderwood Mall area, and Dania was the best one to visit. Besides having lots of beautiful furniture and accessories to view, the layout of the store was very pleasant, very open. Some other stores were set up like a maze and could make you get lost temporarily. I ended up buying my leather sofa and loveseat at Dania, plus four other items. If you're shopping for furniture, I recommend visiting Dania.

Nicest looking furniture of all 4 stores we looked at today. Unique and stylish. Friendly staff but not overly aggressive. My daughter bought a beautiful sofa here a few years ago. Nice clearance center in back of store.

Great customer experience in the store! Someone will walk towards you to help as soon as you enter the store and will check in frequently to help you out. Although this experience is consistent with several other furniture stores, we got better and personalized recommendations and did not find folks at the store being pushy about just selling. Overall great ( and consistent) experience across multiple visits to store starting from walking into store until the item was delivered home

Destroys our client's back. Purchased a few couches which cost us in the neighborhood of 10k to present a more casual client meeting experience - a few years down the road (after a few repairs from Dania) these are still sinking and ruining our clients (and ours) backs. Only sitting in them for maybe an hour at the longest, cannot imagine using these at my home. I am genuinely disappointed with this entire purchase. So I you buy from here, even though they are beautiful - make sure to exchange the minute something seems off. We were patient and adaptable and we really shouldn't have been. Such a waste - and now we need new couches after only a few years of use (if that).
