Visited JR Furniture to explore options and get a feel for their selection. They have a good variety of furniture at reasonable prices, and the staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy. Definitely a place I’d consider when I’m ready to buy.

I purchased a couch and recliner chair from JR Furniture. The sale was awesome. The customer service was awesome. Carlos and Medem are awesome 10+ customer service with them The delivery people delivered it today. I would not give them five stars. I would give them 15 stars they were impeccable. I would recommend JR Furniture to anybody that needs awesome outstanding customer service. My name is kim and I would recommend them to anybody. They are the best I was gonna go with Ashligh furniture and I’m so glad I did not !!!!! JR Furniture is the best. I had hardwood floors and new carpet placed, and this furniture matches perfect 👌 my next purchase I will be going back to J R Furniture. You will never be disappointed if you use them. 😃

We worked with Joe and he was great. We called this morning with lots of questions about certain couches from a few weeks ago. He was super patient answering all my texts throughout the day and getting me price quotes on all the different options. We ended up going down to place our order later that evening and he was great answering more questions and giving us lots of space to try the couches and pick out fabric. We never felt rushed or pressured. We appreciated his help! Can’t wait to get our couch!

Tom Hardy look alike, AKA Venom, AKA Mason took care of us. My wife brought up how she would like the sofa and Mason went and took the extra step to find exactly what she wanted even though it was not in the pamphlet presented. The design was brand new and thanks to him, my wife and I are very happy with your living room set-up. The delivery guys Michael and Max very professional with greeting, taking off shoes, delivery and installation. Wonderful experience. We will be returning for a bedroom set once it’s time.

Purchased the best couch today! We worked with Jass, and there was zero pressure when we decided to look at a few other places to make sure we saw everything possible! We of course ended up back at JRs and our friend Jass was there to great us and give us a great deal on our dream sofa! Happy is an understatement!
