Dania Furniture

Great experience at Dania Furniture Northbrook. The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect modern chair and bookcase for my sunroom, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommend! My 4th purchase from Dania, time to save for the next one!! Thanks to Mike and Ben! Delivery crew yesterday, in POURING rain, lead by Darnell, was fabulous!!

I had a wonderful experience with Andrea in buying furniture for my living room. She helped me from beginning to end as I furnished the LR with a new couch, a new area rug and a new recliner all of which look great in my condo I highly recommend Dania for their furniture and their service delivered through Andrea. Also, I had a planned delay in service delivery as I had to donate furniture and redo the floors. My new furniture was ready for delivery and they were fine in waiting until I was ready for the furniture to be delivered. The delivery went fine and I am very pleased with the new look I have for the living room.

Andra at Dania Northbrook is great to work with selecting furniture for my new apartment. She is so helpful, knowledgeable, and personable, and a good eye too. We needed a lot and she very gracefully took the time we needed. Thanks for hiring great people. Shopping isn't easy.

I can't say enough about Mike, store manager at Dania. We had issues with a sofa we purchased. Mike was so gracious and very accommodating when we returned the sofa for another one. His customer service went above and beyond to satisfy our needs. Because of Mike's professional approach to our problems, we will continue to purchase furniture from Dania.

I’ve shopped here for years and generally satisfied but two stars off for the relentless staff on commission who suffocate you the minute you walk in. Every single time I come in someone beelines for me before I can even start looking. I kindly say I’m just browsing. Today, same thing. Then as I make my way up the ramp to main area, here comes someone else beelining it for me asking if I need help. I say no I’m just browsing immediately and the salesperson still has to insist on talking to me and trying to explain the sale. I get it’s a hard job and they want to sell, but I can’t even settle in and look around for a few mins before someone’s on top of me. When I said I didn’t need help or want to know about the sale, the person whipped around, rolled their eyes and proceeded to talk about me with another salesperson looking at me as I walked around. And can I shop around without being othered after all this? No, because someone has to hover no matter where I go. I know it’s a balance between being helpful and backing off but it’s insane at Dania. This kind of stuff happens every time so I rarely come in anymore. I’d rather just shop online.
