My sales associate was very kind. However, the delivery and follow up experience was by far THE WORST customer service experience I have ever dealt with in my life. The mattress was scheduled to be delivered on Saturday (6/27). It did not come, and when I spoke with my sales associate, he apologized for the mix up and assured me with “100% certainty” that the mattress would be delivered the following day, but because of this I had to stay at a hotel because I had no where to sleep. I called back on 6/28 to confirm that it would be delivered, and my sales associate said it could not be delivered and would need to be done on 6/29. I asked to speak to his manager, as this was not acceptable. The manager, Eric, informed me that he would credit me $100 for the 6/29 delivery, or that I could pick it up from a store in person. Not having a car, I had to hire someone to come pick it up with me. Eric gave me the address and confirmed multiple times that the store would have my mattress, and when I got there they said they had no idea what I was talking about. Incompetence doesn’t even begin to describe this experience. Last time I shop here for sure. $100 was not nearly enough for this inconvenience, nor did it cover the cost of the person I hired to pick it up from the wrong store or the hotel I had to stay at.

View on GoogleHonestly, I hate mattress shopping. But man, Manoj was amazing. Made the process seamless, and he is so patient and great. He even found my record from the last time I bought from the shop, back in 2018. I couldn't be happier w Mattress Firm. Thank you again Manoj! We will be back.
