It was an excellent experience. Amazing knowledge, expertise, and ability to understand our needs and interests. We walked in with the intention to just begin the process of researching beds and ended up with a new bed!

Update: they somehow reversed the refund and tried to keep the money. This a total scam business and the bank has been contacted to dispute this charge. Please stay far away from this place. Original review: We ordered a mattress and base on December 1st, paid in full, and were told it would take 3-4 weeks for delivery. After no updates in December, I called in early January and was informed of delivery issues, with a new expected date of January 25th. That date passed with no communication, and after multiple calls went unanswered, we visited the store. They then admitted they didn't know when or if the mattress would arrive and offered a refund. Two months later, we've missed all sales and still don't have a mattress. While supply chain issues happen, there should be proactive communication, solutions, and apologies rather than leaving customers to follow up themselves.

Todd was helpful and knowledgeable. We were trying to decide between a lower line brand or a high end Tempurpedic. He gave us objective information that helped us make our decision and he didn’t push us in one direction or the other. It was a very smooth experience… and we decided to go high end!

Appeared at the store Sat 4/7 at ~3;45 pm , shown as open on the web site, door says open till 7;00pm, lights on, door is locked, we knocked nothing. I understand things happen but a note posted on the door would of shown consideration to customers.

It was a pleasure to meet and do business with Todd! My mom and I had come into the store several weeks prior to price out a mattress. Todd wasn’t pushy and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. When my mom returned to finally make her purchase, Todd instantly remembered her.
