Sandman Sleep Online Mattress Store | Northbrook

Jordan was amazing! Such a genius concept to be able to try an online mattress in person. There was no pressure to buy, but amazing information and support in the decision making process. I will recommend this place to family and friends! The Helix Midnight mattress I bought through Jordan’s help was the focal point of my remodel and without it my bedroom would not have transformed into the sanctuary it is! I am sleeping better now than I have in a while which would not have been possible without the mattress Jordan helped me pick out!

Looking back at reviews, I see only 5 stars and I’m not surprised. This is a great business model in which you can try out online-only mattress brands. Jordan was excellent and helpful, stayed after closing with us, and never pressured us. We ended up making purchases and when we weren’t happy with one of them, he went above and beyond to help make it right. I would recommend this location to any of my friends and family looking for a new mattress!

If you want a wonderful shopping experience when mattress shopping, this is the place to go. Jordan is the nicest person you will ever meet. He will guide you through the process of deciding what type of mattress is best for your sleeping style and then give you all the time you need to lay on the mattresses to see which one is best for you. Please save yourself a lot of time by going to this mattress store first.

Patrick was a wealth of knowledge and guided me to what was best for me without the typical pressures you get from sales people. I was very impressed with the variety of beds and atmosphere of the showroom. Bought a bed and frame today which I wouldn’t have done without the confidence of Patrick and the owner Jordan. 10/10 would recommend for anyone searching for a new bed or base.

We were very pleased with the no pressure service that Jordan gave us when we visited the store. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We are looking forward to sleeping on our new mattress!
