My Father and I went in looking for a quote on a bed for He and my Mother. I initially called and spoke with Ia over the phone about financing and told her my Father and I were going to come in. When we arrived Ia recognized that it was I that she spoke with over the phone and she immediately helped with everything we needed. My Father applied and was approved for a certain amount and Ia made sure that we could find something within that range and comfortable for my parents. For some unknown reason we weren’t able to go through with the completion of the bed we chose but Ia suggested many other ways and took the lengths to make sure we were going to leave that place as satisfied customers. We were finally able to find a solution and my parents are able to have a bed suitable for them and also have coverage over the next 10 years not just that but from lease to own. Ia was such a pleasure she listened, tended to our needs, went lengths to make sure we got what we came for. She was very professional, kind, helpful and friendly. Customer service was 100 percent! I would recommend this place not just because of the mattresses but because of the customer service here as well! Thank you Ia! God bless!

Stopped by on President's Day. Don greeted us with a smile and no pressure. He is knowledgable, experienced, and friendly. He explained our options within our budget and left us alone to discuss. We settled on a Sealy and the basic bed frame that elevates on the head side. Delivery and pickup of old mattress was smooth, and we are really pleased with the quality of service and product. Got a great deal due to the holiday sale as well! Highly recommend!

The experience I had at this Matress store location was a real joy looking for bed(s) Don whom greeted me and my family in such a calm manner so willingly and patient to assist us with finding very good quality mattress(s) which we were pleased to purchase. He treated every customer like what they were looking for in a great Matress set was what they must have regardless of decided/undecided getting what they came to buy. He is by far the best store manager, sales representative and go to person who knows what he knows and delivers to the customers. Thank you everyday!

We stopped in just to try out a couple of mattress firmness options and were greeted by Ayah. She was such a pleasure to work with. Asking great questions, really listening to our issues and concerns. We really hadn’t planned to make a purchase yet, was more info gathering. But the details we went thru and the thoroughness of the assessment convinced us to go ahead. Looking forward to our upcoming delivery while being satisfied that if we don’t love it we have a significant trial period to change our minds if needed.

Donald was patient, allowing me time to try a variety of mattress options, explaining the various details of the benefits each product had to offer and noted the variances between them. His expertise was commendable. He helped me select a mattress to best meet my needs and the assisted with additional products I was interested in purchasing. I felt valued in my experience, not pressured or rushed, welcome, not a burden. Donald worked to provide discounts where he was able to work them in, which made a difference in what I was able to purchase. During the experience of paying, he was clear on all costs and accompanying agreements, terms, and processes. Donald provided excellent service. In addition, the environment was clean, welcoming, and comfortable and the other store representatives who were present were also pleasant adding to the overall friendly and professional experience.
