Deals R Us

Very nice place. Prices are great. Went there to see what loveseat sleepers they had. They had 2. We bought this black one at new condition at $265. Other places we looked at were $350+. They had these cute bookshelves too! I didn’t buy them but they were in great condition. Lots of other things that I didn’t take pics of. They had decor, mattresses, vanities, rugs, couches, and beds.

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment we received from the owner, Jennifer, during our recent visit to Deals R Us. What should have been a simple and pleasant shopping experience turned into one that was unnecessarily uncomfortable and discouraging. While browsing, we noticed that several items particularly a couch we were interested in appeared damaged and had a strong mildew odor. I politely asked Jennifer if the store offered any kind of discount or accommodation due to the condition and smell of the couch. My question was asked respectfully and with genuine interest in possibly still making a purchase. To my surprise, Jennifer reacted with visible annoyance. She rolled her eyes, abruptly walked away, and dismissively said, “Well, you could go to another store.” Her tone and body language were extremely unprofessional and unnecessarily rude. Caught off guard, I calmly asked if she meant another location of Deals R Us, since I had previously shopped here and had actually recommended the store to my boyfriend so we could look for a couch together. Instead of clarifying politely, she responded in an even more dismissive manner, stating, “No, you can go to another store,” making it clear that our business was not welcome. This interaction was not only shocking but deeply disappointing. As returning customers who had previously supported the business and even recommended it to others, we were taken aback by the level of disrespect and lack of basic customer courtesy. No customer who asks a reasonable question about a product’s condition should be treated with such hostility. Overall, the experience left me feeling shocked, disheartened, irritated, and genuinely saddened. I had previously thought well of this store, which is why I recommended it in the first place. Unfortunately, the way we were treated by the owner has completely changed my perception. I sincerely hope the store reflects on how customers are addressed in the future, because no one deserves to be treated with such disregard when simply asking a reasonable question.

This store is very unique! It has a wide variety of items from furniture to inflatable rafts, to swimming pools, gadgets and more. Prices are very reasonable. I'll come back soon as I'm in need of a new dresser/night stand combo!

Absolutely love coming to this place! I get a lot of my furniture here. I saw this wind spinner online but it already sold so the manager contacted me when they got another one! Then we obviously got this amazing chair for our kids. Friendly staff, clean place, great furniture.
