Richard was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He was kind, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed, and made the whole experience so easy and comfortable. You can truly tell he loves what he does and cares about his customers. I absolutely love this place and I’m so grateful for Richard’s help. As I walked up to the door, an employee rushed over to open it for me as it was cold outside and I was holding my toddler. After his polite gesture, my family was greeted by Marlos who kindly asked if we were looking for anything in particular. Initially, we came in to look around but after receiving such great service in a no pressure sales environment, we ended up purchasing three pieces of furniture. Not only is the staff extraordinary, but this location has great quality furniture with plenty of options, and very kind ladies at the checkout. Fastest furniture transaction I’ve ever experienced as well. We will return for future purchases and ask for Marlos. Great job everyone!

He was so nice to work with when I found my couch 😊 then I got handed off to Techera who helped me pay and get everything settled. I walked in just to browse and left with a couch! Great selection to choose from and great prices.
