Bought a $1300 Euro top and got it home and bagged it. the mattress had an oder, and we understand new material smell. Made the bad including a mattress pad and tried to sleep. Wife woke up with nausea and had to go sleep in a spare bedroom. This is our 3rd mattress purchased from this store and never had on smell like this. Called the store sales associate Kumar and explained this to him, He said it’s the smell from the foam and it needs to be degassed for a few days, we are on day 5 and it still has a heavy odor. They say sorry can’t help you. Really disappointed in our 3rd purchase. guess we shall see how long this degass will take.
