We stopped by today and had such a wonderful experience! Jason was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us feel comfortable, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. You can truly tell he cares about helping customers find what works best for them. Amazing customer service from start to finish — we highly recommend stopping by if you’re looking for a new mattress!

We had a wonderful experience at Denver Mattress thanks to Robert! After visiting four different mattress stores and feeling frustrated trying to find the right one, we were honestly getting desperate. Robert immediately listened to what we needed and showed us exactly what we were looking for. What we appreciated most was how respectful he was of our budget. We made it clear we couldn’t spend thousands on a mattress, and he never once tried to push us toward something outside of our price range. Instead, he focused on helping us find the best option that fit our needs. The whole process was incredibly smooth—we walked in and within 30 minutes had the perfect mattress picked out and loaded into our car! That kind of service is rare these days. Robert was friendly, knowledgeable, and truly helpful. If you’re looking for a mattress, I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Robert. He’s the man to see! 😊 Robert The Man

Jason was great he answered all our questions let try out different beds, and was very patient with us. He was one of the most knowledgeable sales person we have ever had. He did not pressure us he even told us how long the sale was on, which helped us not to feel pressured.

This is our second purchase from Denver Mattress Co because their products are the best. They've been around for years for a reason, thankfully, since their mattresses last a long time. The service is top notch - sales reps who know their stuff and aren’t pushy. Highly recommend.

Jason, at Denver Mattress in Kennewick, WA, was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He went above and beyond, even loading my purchase in my vehicle for me. Feels good knowing there is still great customer service out there! Thank you, Jason!
