Denver Mattress

Tired of buying highly-rated pillows online and finding them uncomfortable, I went to Denver Mattress Co. hoping to try some out in person. What struck me is that this is a mattress store — pillows are a small-ticket item compared to what they primarily sell — yet I was treated with the same respect and care I'd expect from a big-ticket purchase. I was helped by Tristan Olivas, who was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive, even though I was there for something so much smaller than a mattress. I ended up going home with a pillow completely different from what I thought I needed, and based on how my neck feels today, it was the right call. Yes, these pillows cost more than what you'd find at an ordinary department store, but they're worth it for anyone with neck or shoulder pain — especially with someone experienced checking your alignment as you try each one.

Tristan was excellent help the two times I went in! Initially helping me find a mattress that suited my needs within my budget & checking to see how much I may be able to finance. Finally, once I was ready to make the purchase he was my sales representative again & was able to remember our last interaction - answered some last minute questions & in just a short time I was walking out receipt in hand & excited about my purchase! No bs, simple & sweet.

Gio is a great sales person with solid support from the senior members of the team. All in all a very pleasant experience. Not pushy or rushed but he was very helpful with guiding me to get the accessories that would work best with my purchase.

Visited Denver Mattress for the first time today. I was looking to purchase an adjustable bed and mattress. My sales person was Chris. CHRIS WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW ME A VARIETY OF MATTRESSES. BEING THAT I AM 80 YRS YOUNG, AND HAVE THE AGED BONES TO SHOW IT. HE EXPLAINED WHICH MATTRESS WOULD BE BEST FOR ME. I PURCHASED A MATTRESS AND AN ADJUSTABLE BED FRAME. CAN'T WAIT TO HAVE THEM DELIVERED. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CHRIS if your looking for beds.

Jeremy in Las Cruces location was extremely helpful. He answered our questions and had recommendations based on our inquiries and our preferences. He was especially helpful as we were making comparisons. Great customer service!
