In-store our special needs were addressed and we were shown mattresses, in different price ranges. The saleswoman was so informative. We left feeling confident in our purchase. Delivery was just as great. On time, friendly, skilled, and quick. They double checked things and cleaned up before leaving. It feels strange to say buying the mattress wasn't so bad.

View on GoogleFrom the minute we walked in the door to the moment the delivery team left, everything was great! Bonus that they also hauled away the old set too! Love the new bed from Mattress Firm in Las Cruces!
View on GoogleI returned to Mattress Firm to purchase mattress protectors. Years ago when I purchased mattresses there I got the protectors and to this day the mattresses are beautiful and look like new. The Mattress firm on Lohman is the only place I will go for mattresses. You can count on nothing but the best quality. And it was a pleasure working with Christine. Keep up the good!
