When we went there first thing I noticed was customer friendly the manager a young man when we walked in recognized acknowledged us as customers and greeted us and then took us and give us a tour of what we were looking and gave us ideas and offered us good deals, very good man They had a beverages if needed off of good customer service the bathroom the toilet was broke to the toilet seat and but they had cleaning supplies in there We asked them because we're from El Paso what the delivery cost would be and he said that he would have furniture row in El Paso convey and transport all the furniture to our residency Very good business very professional and what considering purchasing the furniture

We walked around and nobody was immediately asking if they could help, which we appreciate. Just as we were starting to come to some conclusions Jared (self described as the bald guy from Sherman TX, and he has a bad ass goatee) approached with some help. Bought sofa for the family room and bed frame for a guest room. It's going to be great and really look nice! Great job Jared!!!

Our sales agent was Josh. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Once he saw my style, he was able to suggest several sofas in my same or similar style. He was helpful from the moment we walked in the door through my purchase and he even walked us outside. The only downside is that my couch won't be available for 10 weeks. I feel like that warrants a discount or at least free shipping/and or set up. But that did not happen. Thanks to Josh. Please ask for him if you visit Furniture Row in Las Cruces, NM.

The sales person was friendly and was respectful. She answered all my questions with patience. She was not over zealous (pushing) me to buy which I appreciated. If I’m Pushed to buy something I usually leave the store and go elsewhere. But because she was so good and friendly I bought more than I came for.
