TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not shop with this company. I opted to pick up my purchase only to find out they don’t load the items in the vehicle. The manager was rude yelling at me and cutting me off as I was explaining the situation. Called corporate just to never get a response back after calling numerous times. I will never spend another dime with BADCOCK. They were definitely penalizing me for opting out of paying for delivery. And to add more the receptionist jokes about my items not falling.

My store in Fort Lauderdale on Broward is a rip off. I received credit for my damaged furniture and got something else and now they tell me I owe 1200. I asked what’s happening to my credit of 1100. Tows the new furniture they say oh no credit but it’s for my replacement to buy something else.

Don’t buy from this company!!!! Their customer service is atrocious. I spent my whole Saturday waiting for a table that we paid almost $1,000 for and they never came, never called, never texted ... nothing , like if we were just some object they don’t care about. Called them about it and of course no one can do anything about it, the rep said “hmm not sure why they did this, but looks like they did miss your stop, maybe because Saturday they close early and just didn’t want to do the drop off.” I’ve never seen anything so unorganized and unprofessional! I finally got my delivery rescheduled for another day but that’s more waiting for the table we have to keep sitting on the floor to eat. I’m disgusted with this company and their ethics. My advice to you is , save a little more money and buy from city furniture or rooms to go, I even purchased furniture from big lots before and they didn’t even do this. Seriously don’t waste your time and money.

I received great service here, the guy helped me get my television in the car and tied the trunk down for us. I didn't get his name but he went above and beyond for us. Thank you for the outstanding service.

I have been with Badcock over 2yrs. Today delivery was very uncertain and a little disorganized 😕 was not happy with the time frame and didn’t even get a courtesy call before delivering my items. The delivery guys were awesome 👍🏽. Even though they were unable to fully l put my bed together because of an item broken. So, not only I had to put my mattress on the floor, my next delivery date is the following week 😔 I would suggest Badcock to check their items before delivering, so that way the drivers doesn’t have to double back and customers would receive their items on time, and day of delivery 🚚
