Needed an extra piece to go with my couch and came to Rooms-to-Go Outlet and was assisted by JC and Manager Eddie they were a great help! We choose this piece and pick it up the next day! Definitely recommend and will come back for a few other pieces that I liked!

I am so happy with my purchasing experience today! Ana helped us and went over everything in complete detail. Ana was not pushy and did not follow us around the store like a lot of sales people do. I called this Rooms To Go location today from North Carolina. We purchased a table and two chairs on clearance but wanted more chairs. We drove to a couple of other outlets here in NC and one in Georgia but still needed one more chair. I called so many different locations with no luck finding another chair. Today, I spoke with Ana Maria at this Rooms To Go Outlet. She was so friendly, listened to my problem, researched the chair and then called me back with the information as well as sending me a picture to confirm the exact chair I was looking for. She was able to place the order online and sent me the link to pay. After 6 months of looking for these chairs she's the only sales associate that went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. I truly appreciate her amazing customer service. AMY …. Ask for AMY!!!! When we first walked into this massive building we were a bit overwhelmed. Amy was pleasant in greeting us and simply explained the layout out the building. We stated we were just looking and she said come back to her if we had any questions. But let us look around at our pace and alone. Which is exactly what we asked for. When we were ready with a list of questions she was quickly by our side. She walked us back and forth as our decision wasn’t easy( too many options). Lay on this bed, switch this pillow, what about this color, are u comfortable, give yourselves a minute to relax , this is the benefit from this option…She gave us the best information and options. She spent hours with us. Amy made sure we knew what we were getting, color, comfort, how much it was and our options for payment. How to care for it and what goes with it best. She is knowledgeable and patient and super helpful. Never pushes but made sure we had the best information for what we were asking. Definitely will return to ask for Amy. I have been to 50 places and looking for furniture for a month. This was seamless and a comfortable purchase. A+++
