I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Badcock Furniture. I purchased a sofa set, and within a short time, the buttons on the front of the sofa began popping out. Since then, I have spent months going back and forth with the store trying to get this issue resolved under my warranty. A technician was finally sent out, but he said he could not fix the problem and would order replacement buttons. After waiting months, I was told the buttons still were not available. I was then passed between the manager and customer service, each promising a follow-up that took weeks to happen. By the time someone finally contacted me again in late December and January, I was told the sofa could not be repaired at all. Instead of properly resolving the issue, I was offered a small store credit of around $370—but with restrictions that I could only use it toward another sofa or loveseat. The problem is that nothing comparable in the store costs that amount, meaning I would be forced to spend much more money just to replace a defective product that is still under warranty. This feels completely unfair and not customer-friendly, especially since the issue was not my fault. After months of delays, poor communication, and no real solution, I cannot recommend Badcock Furniture. Customers deserve timely service, honored warranties, and fair replacement options—not endless runaround and extra costs.

today I received several private calls after hours never knew it was badcock especially since it was after business hour, I finally answered after serval missed calls and no voicemails being left saying who the caller was and "ALEX" who was on the other end was extremely rude very disrespectful and incompetent when it comes to dealing with a consumer. I'm sure he's not aware of the laws that he has broken in the mist of this phone call but he will know when I have my lawyer to contact corporate involving this matter. people like him who think that they can get away with talking and disrespecting consumers and thinking that they can say or enforce something on you must be taken to high standards, therefore my lawyers will be contacting corporate on behalf of this issue and perusing a lawsuit against badcock on behalf of their employee against breaking the consumer laws and apologize is not need from the company a change is needed individuals like Alex have to be taught a lesson on customer service and consumer laws and what the consequences are when they break them

I have been a a customer for several years with badcock. From the moment that I met Alex and Angela they have always been the same I always gave me best service. Angela takes her time help me pick out what I need and she just being a good help to me. I can not ask for a better customer care. These guys are super they make you feel like family.

The show room is pretty good & affordable. The customer service is normal nothing to crazy. The actually inventory takes forever to come in Queen and King size. All the best pieces are always back ordered.

Great prices and great selection! Alex Rodriguez the manager is the best, we needed two matching recliners there was just one in the store, he took the time to find for us the other from another store. Thank You Alex
