They had 1 salesperson on the floor with several customers in the store. The merchandise had prices, both had been crossed out. I don't mind self service when shopping, but, when I asked what was the correct price, I was told a salesperson would have to quote the price. Again, there was only one. He was greeting people, then pointed them in the right area to shop. I just left. I need a mattress, hopefully I get a good deal at another location, if they honor the sale prices. LOL
