He really took the time to understand what I needed — something that was both comfortable and reasonably priced — and he guided me through my options without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and genuine care made the entire process so easy. I walked away with a bed that fits me perfectly, and I couldn’t be happier. I went to Bedzz Express to look at the mattresses for our lake house. The manager, Jeffery, took care of us and did a fantastic job. We will not be taking delivery until our lake house is finished, but I am confident it will go smoothly. I will be back to let you know if it's otherwise

A huge thank you to David and Will!!! My local Bedzzz Express was sold and that left me in limbo in regards to trading my tempurpedic mattress after the 30 day policy. The new owner of the local store, Snooze Mattress Factory, refused to honor that policy!! I called Bedzzz Express In Trusville and spoke to Will. He contacted his VP, David and even though their corporate stores did not have to honor my local “franchise” store, they went way and beyond to make sure I was taken care of!!! I highly recommend them!!! Lesson learned…. don’t by from Snooze Mattress Factory!!! Customer service is not their priority!

I am a repeated customer and again the service was superior . Leslie (the sales lady ) was absolutely awesome . She answer all of our questions , very knowledgeable , prompt and accommodating. Great experience once again .

I recommend people come to Bedzzz Express near Mountain brook to purchase their mattress. My son and I actually went to another store first to find something for his new bed. The people that worked there never acknowledged us nor did they even bother to get up. After 5 mins we left and came to Bedzz Express. We were greeted by Richard and he offered us water. He asked what the need was for and showed my son some selections and let him try them out. Richard also throughly explained the differences between the mattresses and also the warranty that comes along with it. We purchased same day. We will definitely purchase from this store again.
