Dr Snooze - Ocala

We visited Dr Snooze on a weekday in August, 2023. We made a a pillow purchase from this store. Our sales person was friendly and helpful and quite knowledgable. Although it should go without saying, that's what a salesperson is suppose to do, if they want to make sales. I'm not mentioning names only to give all salespeople a fair footing with customers. But our salesperson was good. One nice thing about mattress stores are that they are probably never really busy. When I thought about it, most folks go years without needing to visit a mattress store. So there normally are not lines when you do visit. Plus mattress stores are a specialty store, so they tend to have a lot examples, styles and firmness to choose from. One thing I will say about this Dr Snooze, is that you can try pillows, but they use a pillow case or cover. As such, I don't have to think about how many different heads laid on the pillows we tried. Putting a pillow case on for folks to try, would go a long way towards, at least an appearance of cleanliness. It maybe be a little thing. But I appreciated it. Our order will be delivered to the store where you can make sure it's the correct item before you walk out of the store. Because once you leave, there is no returning it. All in all, a decent experience. Let's face it, these types of purchases and usually not exciting, but sometimes necessary. Dr Snooze turned out to be better than I was expecting. If shopping for a mattress or pillows, they're worth checking out.

My time spent with Jackie as she "bed"-ucated me on the appropriate mattress for me and my husband (who suffers from back pain) was a delightful experience. Jackie is extremely knowledgeable about the products her store carries and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly and confidently. I normally don't like shopping for furniture. But I definitely enjoyed our interaction, and when I left, I felt I had been treated respectfully and fairly, purchasing the product best suited to our needs. I highly recommend this store and Jackie Ewan for your next mattress purchase.
