I’ve been pushing off getting a new mattress for a while and it cost me. I was waking up in pain every morning. I went and talked to Phil here who a family friend recommended and he got me a great mattress. Delivery was quick, he walked me through set up, and even checked in on me the next day. I woke up without any pain for the first time in the last few years. Definitely work with Phil!
View on GooglePurchased a smart mattress a few years ago. Was having some issues with the cells losing air. Called Phil and his team, who referred us to the warranty company, who tried to troubleshoot a few times, eventually leading to a replacement. The whole process was flawless. Will definitely be buying all our future mattresses from there! Thank you Phil and delivery team.
View on GoogleLooked for a specific pillow online…sold out everywhere. Called Dream City Mattress; Phil worked with me…called the company…found out it was coming in to the distributor in 3 days….took my information, quickly…easy/fast/efficient! Pillow coming next week. Great service. PS…price was great too. Love this place!
View on GoogleIf you are in need of a bed. Do NOT go anywhere else but to see Phil here at Dream City Mattress!! He goes above & beyond to make you happy!! Even though CoVid has hit everyone, everywhere. They have so many beds available immediately for you have delivered in many instances that day or the next. I purchased an adjustable base & a bed that is a wonderful bed! But we needed another bed that was not adjustable for a spare room & Phil got me exactly what I needed in 1 day & I will NEVER go anywhere again! Phil has a wealth of knowledge & character that shines from him. I went everywhere to purchase my bed. But Phil being so professional & caring. I was sold. And I am a difficult person to please. Give Phil at Dream City in New Hartford a chance. You won't be disappointed!
View on GoogleThis is one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. Helping out my Mom with out-fitting her home, went to Dream City after looking around at all the other shops in the area. Phil was personable, super knowledgeable, kind, sincerely helpful, and no pressure. We visited back a couple of times, and ordered exactly the right mattress. The entire experience brightened our day. This is where to shop for mattresses.
