Sleep Number

Beriah was great and took his time walking us through our options. He gave a very detailed explanation of each of the features and differences between the mattresses we looked at. Overall, he made us feel great about our investment in good sleep!

We were looking to find a new mattress because our old one was starting to get too old. We wanted something to support the back better, so we went to Sleep Number. We were greeted immediately as we walked in by Bailey who walked us through the process of understanding how to obtain the mattress we were looking for. She was able to show us the best sleep number for our unique preferences and helped us select pillows afterwards. She was very pleasant and really made the whole mattress buying process quite pleasurable and enjoyable, contrary to how it normally feels when you have to experience the chore of buying a mattress. Thank you Bailey! Looking forward to receiving our new mattress next week!

Beriah was very knowledgeable about the products carried by Sleep Number and answered all of the questions we had. He also did not push or force us into choosing any particular product or bed. It was a very easy, enjoyable experience and we cannot wait for our new bed!

Beriah was fantastic, he made our sleep number buying experience seamless. He helped us find our numbers and let us try different kinds of mattresses and he was helpful all the way.

Bailey was fantastic! Super helpful and understanding. We purchased a sleep number 6 years ago from a different store and recently had issues with the integrated base, after contacting customer service and not getting any where we were left confused. After explaining what happened to Bailey and our confusion she gave us options on what we could do. After discussing prices my husband and I purchased a flexible base. We have always wanted to upgrade to the flexible base but just never found the time to go back after 2 kids. Bailey was able to help us get a base for a really good price. She even took the time to show what the different bases did for my husband who was undecided. Thank you again Bailey for the help and getting us back to loving our sleep number bed again!
