I went to several mattress retailers and came back to this store because Lydia (the sales clerk) was so knowledgeable and helpful in picking out something that would meet our needs. She was incredibly patient and helped us choose the best fit for some very specific criteria. I would recommend her for anyone looking for a new mattress. Her knowledge and experience allowed us to trust in her advice. Thank you so so much for a great experience She turned a chore of picking out a couple’s mattress into a nice evening for us. Metro allows exchanges only—and even then, the process comes with a tangle of stipulations and additional purchases. For example, if you exchange your mattress for a less expensive one, you forfeit the difference. It’s like trading in your car for a bicycle and still paying for the car.
