The manager I worked with Brian was amazing! He went above and beyond to find the perfect couch for our family! Have never loved a couch so much. Perfect color, love all the extra features like pop out cup holders, charging dock for our phones. Even house charger spot in the middle counsels. I work in the health care field so the lumbar support is amazing to costumaize to the perfect setting each day with you sit down and put your feet up. I give my experience a 10 plus! I would definitely come back to them if I need any other furniture in the future!

Everyone here was super kind and helpful both times I went in and over the phone! I mostly dealt with Brian who was attentive and happy to answer any questions I had and help when needed. Super easy to finalize everything over the phone and the prices and selections were great! Couldn't have asked for a better experience

This is my second time purchasing a quality item with the same representative in the past 18 months. The customer service representative, Brian, is helpful, kind, and never pushy to sell. He makes sure you are happy with the product and gives you space to feel comfortable trying out the merchandise after showing you multiple related items to what you are looking for. Not to mention the prices at the outlet are so affordable and you can find great products that are soon to be discontinued so the items feel unique. It’s truly a steal. My first experience I found a custom ordered piece that for some reason was returned, for whatever reason it didn’t fit, or perhaps wasn’t the color they were looking for, I’m not sure, but I’m glad they did! It was a beautiful genuine leather sectional, cognac colored. It freshly put on the show room floor! It was gorgeous, and just what I was looking for. And I couldn’t have been happier. Will definitely stop here every time I have furniture needs.
