Duncan Family Plumbing LLC

We can't recommend Ross enough for plumbing services. My father engaged him for the repair of a bathtub drain and water heater, and Ross delivered a first-rate job. Due to the urgency of selling his home, we needed the job done promptly, and Ross didn't disappoint. He was incredibly swift and executed an excellent job. After relocating to Newtown, we needed a water softener and an osmosis system installed. Once again, Ross stepped up and did an outstanding job. His deep knowledge and professionalism are quite impressive. He patiently addressed all my queries and concerns. Previously, I had engaged two other plumbing services, and they quoted me three times the price that Duncan Family Plumbing LLC did. Moreover, they gave me incorrect information. Ross, on the other hand, was honest and reliable. We highly endorse Ross for all plumbing-related tasks.

Duncan Family Plumbing LLC is truly the finest in Newtown, there's simply no competition. I've employed their services a couple of times, and each occasion was marked by punctuality and high-quality work at a reasonable price. I've been let down in the past by other plumbers in the area, with substandard work and flat rate fees that didn't reflect the effort put in. However, with Duncan Family Plumbing LLC, the charges are based on time and materials, as it should be. They did an excellent job installing my new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. I've included before and after photos for reference. I wasn't aware of hybrid heaters until Brendan enlightened me, for which I'm grateful. Top-notch work, guys. You can be sure I'll be reaching out for all my future plumbing needs.

Herbert, Ross, and Brendan are truly friendly and compassionate gentlemen. When I had a plumbing emergency, they made me feel as though they genuinely cared. They reassured me that they could fix the issue and shared knowledge about it. Duncan Family Plumbing LLC's services are also reasonably priced. They were my heroes on a particularly challenging day. If you have a plumbing emergency, I highly recommend reaching out to them. They are absolutely wonderful and won't nickel-and-dime you. Unlike some of the larger, less personable firms, they won't take advantage of your situation. This family-owned business truly cares about their customers.

Working with Matthew from Duncan Family Plumbing LLC was an absolute pleasure. He demonstrated a high level of honesty, professionalism, and provided valuable guidance. Matthew quickly identified that our problem was not plumbing-related, but rather due to a leak coming from the roof. He diligently explained the necessary repairs and reassured us that a vent replacement wasn't necessary, even though it would have increased his earnings. His actions today have earned my deep gratitude. For anyone in Newtown needing plumbing services, I highly recommend Matthew and the team at Duncan Family Plumbing LLC. I must also mention that under the new management, they are providing truly exceptional service.

We experienced a troublesome dripping shower head in our main bathroom. We reached out to a local plumbing company who promptly scheduled a free consultation at our Newtown home for the next day. On the appointed day, Herbert turned up earlier than expected. He clarified that the shower hardware needed replacement. After considering the senior discount we requested, the cost proved to be quite reasonable. We then arranged for the next visit to carry out the necessary repair. True to their word, Herbert and his assistant Brendan were punctual for the repair appointment. They took extra precautions to keep our home clean, wearing protective footwear to safeguard our carpet. They managed to complete the task in under three hours. Both Herbert and Brendan were courteous, well-informed, and straightforward. The superior quality of their work left us extremely satisfied. Our appreciation goes to this professional plumbing team.
