We can't recommend Ross enough for plumbing services. My father engaged him for the repair of a bathtub drain and water heater, and Ross delivered a first-rate job. Due to the urgency of selling his home, we needed the job done promptly, and Ross didn't disappoint. He was incredibly swift and executed an excellent job. After relocating to Newtown, we needed a water softener and an osmosis system installed. Once again, Ross stepped up and did an outstanding job. His deep knowledge and professionalism are quite impressive. He patiently addressed all my queries and concerns. Previously, I had engaged two other plumbing services, and they quoted me three times the price that Duncan Family Plumbing LLC did. Moreover, they gave me incorrect information. Ross, on the other hand, was honest and reliable. We highly endorse Ross for all plumbing-related tasks.

I've employed their services a couple of times, and each occasion was marked by punctuality and high-quality work at a reasonable price. I've been let down in the past by other plumbers in the area, with substandard work and flat rate fees that didn't reflect the effort put in. However, with Duncan Family Plumbing LLC, the charges are based on time and materials, as it should be. They did an excellent job installing my new Rheem Hybrid Water Heater. I've included before and after photos for reference. I wasn't aware of hybrid heaters until Brendan enlightened me, for which I'm grateful. Top-notch work, guys. You can be sure I'll be reaching out for all my future plumbing needs.

We then arranged for the next visit to carry out the necessary repair. True to their word, Herbert and his assistant Brendan were punctual for the repair appointment. They took extra precautions to keep our home clean, wearing protective footwear to safeguard our carpet. They managed to complete the task in under three hours.
