America's Mattress

America's Mattress has an awesome selection of mattresses to try out!! I've bought two very expensive mattresses from here. The manager, Joe, was amazing. This guy knows his stuff. You tell him what ails you, and he will fix you up with the proper mattress for your needs. He isn't going to try to swindle you on getting a more expensive mattress either. He actually talked me OUT of a higher priced one just because he knew it wouldn't meet my required needs. Between the 2 mattress I have bought from them, I've spent a good 5 hours of my life testing tons of them out and working with Joe on the perfect fit. Their prices are competitive and low, and there are no gimmicks. When spending a chunk of money on a mattress, they gave me some complimentary items for my new bed (this varies situationally I believe) including pillows and sheets. Even better, the first mattress I bought, a Tempurpedic turned out to be the worst purchase ever. It was way too soft for me (but I apparently knew everything and didn't listen to Joe). I was able to return it within my 120 day trial period to trade it in for Joe's suggestion, a much firmer (and much cooler and comfortable) Serta iComfort. There was a very small fee for removal of the Tempurpedic (but that thing weighs 300lbs, so I don't really blame them) and they dropped off my iComfort (also super heavy). Trust me, that small removal fee was worth every penny to switch to a more comfortable mattress. 120 days! No questions asked! You have 120 days to test a mattress, and if you hate it you can trade it in for an equal or lesser value mattress (or pay the difference for a more expensive one). That is awesome! I recently brought my parents in and purchased them a Serta, and on my recommendation, my best friend and his wife have also purchased an iComfort from them. I'm pretty sure my Aunt is next. Sorry for the lengthy review, but I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thanks again for the awesome customer service, guys! I know I was a very indecisive customer and I appreciate your patience, understanding, and honesty when working with me. :)
