Randee Fisher was outstanding, which made the entire process a pleasure. She is a master of the inventory and patiently walked my wife and I through the many choices. We are thrilled with our new beautiful modular sectional sofa. Randee customized it to fit in our family room perfectly. We benefited by the excellent pricing available on "black friday". She stayed with us during the payment process. We added the extended warranties. She reviewed our options for disposal of our old furniture. I can't ask for more. I recommend that you request her if she's available!!

Great customer service. They allowed us to exchange the mattress since it did not feel as comfortable as we expected. They handled the delivery and the pickup making it easy to do the swap. Very pleased with the service.

Very happy with my experience today! The ladies that helped me were excellent. Randee was my salesperson and was wonderful: they were very patient with me and my wild 1.5yr old that tagged along. Checked in on me a few times but not smothering in any way. Very knowledgeable, genuine, and kind. Offered the baby a toy and small bottle of water to help distract her as we got through the sale. The manager whose name i cannot remember was also great. She introduced herself right away to help with an exchange i was doing. Overall i cannot say enough. Oxford valley will be my new preferred location to shop for furniture pieces
