I was honestly a little hesitant to order a mattress without having the opportunity to feel it… but I’d read good reviews was committed to purchasing a non*toxic mattress at a good price, so I decided to take a leap of faith… so very glad I did so. Customer service was quick to respond to my inquiries (thank you Cara & Klaus) and despite an initial delay in production due to demand… the mattress arrived a day before tracking said it would… the bed was packaged well, unfolded easily, fits our frame perfectly, was stitched & constructed impeccably and feels like a dream. Both my husband & I so appreciate the soft give of the top layer & support of what resides beneath. We couldn't be happier with our Eco Terra mattress & so appreciate the care that clearly went into its creation & that was offered us by customer service. I trust we’ll enjoy it for years to come. Klaus who works for Ecco Terra beds was most helpful. Our mattress needed replaced and I have never had someone answer my questions in such a prompt and timely fashion. He asked me specific questions which I then answered. If this is how all Ecco Terra employees act then I give Ecco Terra 5 stars! Thank you again Klaus for all of your help!

after speaking with him he advised he would be following my order until completion. He did advise me he could not "guarentee" the exact date however would try and expedite it after that it was about one bisiness day and my order was being shipped. I do feel if I had not asked fo a supervisor my order would still be pending

I purchased the box spring and mattress and very happy with both. The box spring went together easily and very well made. The mattress is comfortable and as expected no toxic odors. Lastly, their customer service is top notch, I had some questions and Sarah responded immediately and very nice. Highly recommend.

This is not a review of the mattress but I just wanted to make sure that everyone who is looking at this location on google maps is aware that this is a warehouse. I thought it was a showroom and went out of my way to check out a mattress in person. There is no showroom to try out mattresses in person that I am aware of.
