I purchased a full-size organic latex hybrid mattress for my special-needs daughter for about $900 before taxes. The quality is terrible. The only latex appears to be in the cover. You can feel the first coil right underneath the cover. The mattress moves every time you do, and the sides collapse when you sit down.
Although it’s advertised as being adjustable-bed friendly, it doesn’t bend at all; it stays straight when you raise the head or foot. I’ve had better mattresses from discount stores for half the price.
When I called to return it, I was told I’d have to wait at least 30 days or pay $99 for not waiting, plus another $99 to return it. I explained I didn’t need to wait 120 nights to know it was poor quality, but they refused.
Do not buy from this company. The product quality, return policy, and customer service are all disappointing.

We bought a two sided queen sized mattress that turned out to be too soft for my wife.
