Klaus, in customer service, is perfect for his job! Everything was well within the timeframe they gave me but I was a little pushy and contacted him several times just to “make sure”. He answered so quickly, so professionally, and so patiently. It was a perfect experience. I haven’t set the bed up yet, but I’m already a happy customer because of the way Klaus did his job. View on GoogleI purchased a full-size organic latex hybrid mattress for my special-needs daughter for about $900 before taxes. The quality is terrible. The only latex appears to be in the cover. You can feel the first coil right underneath the cover. The mattress moves every time you do, and the sides collapse when you sit down. Although it’s advertised as being adjustable-bed friendly, it doesn’t bend at all; it stays straight when you raise the head or foot. I’ve had better mattresses from discount stores for half the price. When I called to return it, I was told I’d have to wait at least 30 days or pay $99 for not waiting, plus another $99 to return it. I explained I didn’t need to wait 120 nights to know it was poor quality, but they refused. Do not buy from this company. The product quality, return policy, and customer service are all disappointing.

She was very kind and responsive!

Being an online customer they could've just ghosted me and left me with the incorrect mattress delivered, but I sent one email about it and they made everything right. Made my move easier also. View on GoogleWe bought a two sided queen sized mattress that turned out to be too soft for my wife. Since we had purchased it though Amazon, and not Latex for Less, there was some initial confusion about how to handle the return. With some assistance from Amazon, we were put in contact with Klaus at Latex for Less and after that everything moved like clockwork. Klaus informed us about each step in the return process and the follow through was flawless.
