I went bed shopping on Saturday at 4 locations. One store stood out with selection, quality and price along with professional customer service. I came back to buy from Oxnard Sit and Sleep and because Sandra is a pro.

Marty was excellent and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He really took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best mattress within our price range without any pressure. I’ve been doing business with Sit ’n Sleep for many years, and they continue to exceed my expectations. We originally purchased a mattress back in 2021, but recently my wife and I started experiencing back discomfort. About two weeks ago, I went back to the Oxnard location to look into getting a new mattress. I was helped by the sales manager, Marty, who was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Instead of just selling me a new mattress, Marty suggested that our current one might still be under warranty and arranged for an inspection. Within less than two weeks, someone came out to evaluate it, and they confirmed there was a manufacturer defect. Sit ’n Sleep honored the warranty 100%. They credited us the full original purchase price—including the tax—which we were able to apply toward a brand new mattress. We ended up getting the exact same one with zero out-of-pocket cost, and it was delivered within 24 hours. That level of service is rare these days. Hello Sit'nSleep Corporate. I found your store in Oxnard to be the usual well stocked and clean I have come to expect from your establishment. Our family has been customers since the late 80s. The true star of the show, and the reason I bothered to write this review. Your sales person Sandra, she was just the right blend of hands off and yet guiding, that I need when it is time to buy a new mattress. She listened to my concerns, based on past mattresses, what I did and didn't like. I was shown 5 different mattresses, all fit the parameters I had expressed as important to me. Never once did I feel like I was being steered to something more expensive, only to what I wanted. Thank you Sandra.
