Wanted to say a special thank you to Allen, who helped me purchase my wool mattress topper today. I was worried and had serveral questions, since it's a pricey item to just "trust the process". Allen at PlushBeds, took the time to answer my questions, help with my angst with an online expensive purchase. Between his amazing customer service, the incredible reviews, the quality that the company is offering AND made in the USA, I decided to make the purchase! I can add to this review after I received my product and have had time to test it out; yet, step one...quality materials, American made, fantastic reviews and amazing customer service has me sold!!

Website is great. Easy to follow and very helpful. I engaged with 2 people at the company. They were both professional and helpful. I had an issue and it may have been my misunderstanding. I was happy with the way they worked with me and resolved my issue. I would be happy to work with them in the future.

If there was less than one star rating I would give it to plush beds. After 90 days, we are sending it back and buying an Avocado Medium Plush from Costco. Plush bed white glove service was anything but white glove. The delivery crew assembled… that’s right, assembled the bed incorrectly…. it comes in different pieces. On the third visit, they finally got it, right… well, the bed was put together correctly. Overall, we found the bed comfortable for back sleepers but not supportive at all for side sleepers. The edge of the bed had nil support and the foam inserts made it feel like you’re going to roll off the bed. Also, if you like to feel your sleeping partner move, this bed is for you as there is 100% motion transfer!!! Not the $4000 experience nor bed I was hoping for

Customer service is absolutely top notch. I ordered a mattress for my son on a Saturday and immediately realized I needed to change the shipping address so it would be sent to his house instead of mine. I imagined it would be a mess to remedy my mistake, and that it would take days. I sent an email with a brief explanation of my issue and was helped right away by Mary J (Maria Jamison), Customer Service Assistant Manager. She emailed back and forth with me, almost as efficiently as if we were texting, and thoroughly remedied the entire problem in no time. I couldn’t believe it, especially considering it was a Saturday afternoon. Her emails were clear, concise, and very kind. I really appreciate such timely and efficient customer service. This is the 3rd bed my family has purchased from Plushbeds and they are the best beds and the best people in the business.

Purchased an all Organic Latex Mattress from Plush beds. The Warranty states they cover the mattress for a Lifetime. This is very misleading. After only 4 years the mattress has very significant sag measured over 2 inches with a standard mattress measuring procedure. (Plush states over 1 1/2 is considered defective) After sending several pictures and dealing with someone in the phone multiple times. They wanted us to take apart each layer of the mattress and re measure and take more pictures. Their solution was to then send us one or more layers to be replaced. This may have been acceptable but they wanted us to pay the shipping on heavy pieces of layers of latex. This is very different process after simply stating “Lifetime Warranty”. No monetary solution was available. This was a $2,500 plus purchase. I also sent pictures of my steel frame foundation with 6 points of ground contact/ support and new box springs with a perfectly level base. This was never mentioned as a possible cause for the breakdown when discussing the warranty but in the company reply to this review they are now mentioning and blaming it. Please see pictures added to verify it is not at fault. I would strongly caution against buying one of their beds based on our experience. They are okay with a 4 year old bed breaking down and charging you shipping to deal with it. Very disappointed in the service after the sale.
